LATEST NOVEL

redRobe

Axl Borja has agreed to do one last hit. Cardinal Santo Ducque is facing ruin if he can’t regain the Vatican’s missing billions. And Mai is a Japanese whore held hostage in a UN refugee zone.

As these three people collide - with each other and themselves - their actions mean the world and all its institutions must be changed. One thing is for sure. While Axl, Mai and the Cardinal can’t all get what they want, they might just get what they need.

'Mixing echoes of Gibson, Tarantino and dance music into a jump cut, fast-forward remix, redRobe says more about the dangers facing our culture than most other contemporary novels...'

shortlisted BSFA Award

'Grimwood packs every sentence with so much meaning that you'll want to go back... dazzling, seductive and pointed.' The Independent

COMMENTS

  • First book by JCG I read. Picked up quite by accident in an airport WHSmith as I needed something to read on the plane I was catching. I was hooked right from the start. A great read that led to me tracking down all of JCG's novels. That was near on 10 years ago and i just reread Lucifer's Dragon again in the last few days and have started on neoAddix today.
